Standard shipping within Germany costs €4.90 per order with tracking info.

United Kingdom (England, Scotland and Wales)
Standard shipping to the UK costs €10.00 per order with tracking info. 

Future shipping destinations
We currently ship to Germany and the United Kingdom (England, Scotland and Wales). We hope to expand our shipping destinations to additional European countries in the future, subject to any changes and clarification of the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).

We will update our shipping options as soon as we are able to offer delivery to additional countries.

Return & Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receives the last item of your order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account at https://shopify.com/94784586103/account, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request has been submitted.

Returning Items
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the items without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting your request. The cost of return shipping is borne by you, the customer.

Condition of returned items
Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition. Items that have been worn, washed or damaged may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard outbound shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned items. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
